At the beginning of every semester, we have a recruitment process that lasts for the first two weeks of the semester. During this time, we will ask you to attend our recruitment events, such as bowling, an informal dinner, and a Meet the Chapter (Meet 'n Greet) event so that we can get to know you while you get to know the brothers of the chapter.

During the third week of the semester, you will need to schedule an interview with us. It is professional dress, and you will be asked to bring a resume and a degree audit. Please check our FAQ page for requirements.

If everything goes well during the first two weeks and in the interview, we'll invite you into our pledging process. The pledging process is between 6-10 weeks. During this time you'll work as a mini-chapter with your fellow pledges to accomplish the requirements set forth in the Pledge Program.
